Includes $50K allowance for Kid Crossing and Crossroads Students theming

Includes $318K in soft costs (Architecture, design, permits, etc)
Includes $297K in fire suppression costs
Includes $20K for short term (3 – 5 yr) basement waterproofing.

Campaign goals:
Raise $1 million over 3 years
Collect at least $150,000 cash on commitment Sunday, March 3, 2019

Getting Started
Renovations can begin as early as 30 days from the time we have collected $150,000
Construction loan required to complete camping phase (including eliminating current debt): $ 1.65 million
Loan at end of 3-year campaign: $719K, $5,909/month based on 15-year note at 5.5% interest. Current rent $5,350/month
