INSIDE GATHERING GUIDELINES
Crossroads will have worship experiences, Easter Sunday, April 4, 2021 . We will be offering 3 services on Sundays at 9:00am 10:30 am & 12:00 pm.
We will also continue to Livestream our service at 9:00 am and 10:30am for those that are not yet comfortable attending in-person.
Here are a couple of highlights you should know:
We’re maintaining procedures to help keep our guests safe. That includes requiring all volunteers and church attendees to wear masks. This helps us stay open while creating a safe and welcoming environment where people can be introduced to Jesus and the life-changing journey with Him.
We will be open providing the following environment protocols are in place:
We’re asking that you pre-register online for the service you will be attending (ie 9:30 am or 11:15 am). Those not bringing kids for the kid-specific environments should register for the auditorium worship only and include all those from their household who are attending on one registration.
For those registering their kids for Kid Crossing or Jolt, please register for the specific experience time and environment.
We will maintain a waiting list if registrations are full so please let of know if you need to cancel so we can allow others to register as needed.
Main Auditorium @ 9:30 am
Kid Crossing Jolt @ 9:30 am
Main Auditorium @ 11:15 am
Kid Crossing/Jolt @ 11:15 am
Livestream @ 9:30 am
Please do not attend in-person if you or anyone in your household:
Have shown flu-like symptoms in the past 14 days
Had a fever of 100.4 or higher in the past 14 days
Had exposure to someone who has tested positive for COVID-19
Been out of the country in the past 14 days
Could be compromised if you bring COVID home with you
Everyone is asked to wear a facemask while in the building, if medically able. Because we have adequate distance from the stage to the audience the worship team, when on stage may not be wearing masks. Again, our goal is to stay open, while creating a safe and welcoming environment where people can be introduced to Jesus and the life-changing journey with Him.
Please bring your own facemask. If you forget, we will have a limited amount available.
Seating will be limited to allow us to maintain a healthy distance between family groups.
Everyone is required to check-in as they enter the building. If you are registered for the main auditorium only please check-in and go directly into the auditorium.
Families checking in kids from birth through 8th grade should send one adult to the family check-in area inside the lobby to check the kids in. Our usual check-in tags will be printed and please have one adult escort kids to designated environments. One parent with a tag will be allowed into the stairwell to drop-off and pick-up their kids. If there are other adults in your family group please go directly to the auditorium.
Wash or sanitize your hands before you attend. For the time being, please refrain from physical contact with those outside your family unit (ie. hugging, handshakes, etc.). We want to be Crossroads friendly, but for now, we’ll just wave, flash a peace sign, air hug.
No bulletins, message notes, or pens will be available, nor will offering buckets be passed. Message notes can be printed at home from our website. We encourage online giving but have also made an offering box available onsite for dropping checks or cash.
No coffee or refreshments will be offered. Drinking fountains will not be available. You are welcome to bring your own drinks in closed top containers.
Upgraded protocols include extra hand sanitizers, sanitizing between services.
Kids and student environments, wherever there is contact, will be sanitized prior to any use.
Kid Crossing & Jolt:
Staff and Volunteer Leaders will be required to wear masks when not on stage.
Kids will be required to wear masks and we will have designated “mask break” areas.
Everyone will be asked to sanitize prior to entering any room/environment as well as the playscape area.
